About

A practice built around messy handoffs

Data Services Hub grew from repeated work with teams whose customers start in one service app and finish in another — often with staff left guessing.

Origin

Based near Boryeong in Chungcheongnam-do, we work with Korean and regional service organizations that already run multiple customer-facing applications. The practice began when operations leads asked for help reading the same journey across booking, payment, desk, and support tools — not for another reporting product.

How we work

We interview channel owners, walk real customer paths aloud, and document where identifiers and status names diverge. Findings stay concrete: maps with blind spots marked, event gap registers, and ranked repairs your teams can schedule.

Values

  • Prefer evidence from tickets and desk stories over abstract scorecards
  • Refuse to invent a single funnel number when apps cannot yet join records
  • Leave ownership with the people who run each channel
  • Keep language plain enough for operations and product to share

People

Engagements are led by practitioners who have sat with service operations, product owners, and frontline supervisors through measurement disputes. We bring facilitation and documentation habits — not a proprietary analytics engine.
