How we work

From intake to findings session

A practical sequence for teams commissioning application analytics work across service apps — especially the flagship Cross-Channel Journey Assessment.

  1. Intake and fit check

You list the service apps and assisted channels in scope, plus one or two handoff complaints. We confirm whether an assessment, single-app review, workshop, or advisory retainer fits.

  2. Kickoff with channel owners

Named owners join a short kickoff. We confirm identifiers already in use, access to event exports, and the deliverable you need: map and gap register, fix list, or shared definitions.

  3. Inventory and path walkthroughs

We inventory touchpoints and walk typical customer paths aloud — booking to payment, app to desk, chat to counter — marking where context disappears.

  4. Synthesis

Findings become a readable journey map with blind spots, an event and attribution gap register, and a prioritized action brief with effort notes.

  5. Findings session

The same owners hear the brief together. Decisions about what to measure next stay with your team; we leave documentation you can schedule against.
