Evidence from assessments and reviews

Quotes and case notes below reference specific engagements on this site — journey assessments, application reviews, workshops, and advisory.

“The assessment mapped where our booking app and desk system parted ways on the same customer. We already knew the complaints; we did not know which identifier broke first. One mild frustration: the findings session needed a second hour because three owners arrived late.”

Hyejin Park · Operations lead, regional service network · Cross-Channel Journey Assessment

“Their application review caught that our mobile success event fired before payment confirmation. Support had been chasing “ghost bookings” for months. Clear, specific, and short enough that engineering actually read it.”

Minsoo Kim · Product owner, consumer service app · Application Analytics Review

“The workshop forced us to define what “resolved” means across chat and in-person counters. We left with a shared worksheet, not a stack of slides.”

Elena Rossi · Customer experience manager · Measurement Framework Workshop

“Advisory calls keep our backlog honest. We still move slower than I would like between months, but the priority list no longer resets every sprint planning.”

James Okonkwo · Head of service operations · Ongoing Analytics Advisory

“They refused to invent a single funnel score across apps until identifiers matched. That restraint saved us from presenting misleading charts to leadership.”

Sora Lee · Analytics coordinator · Cross-Channel Journey Assessment

Extended project notes

Booking app to desk handoff for a regional network

A three-week Cross-Channel Journey Assessment for a service network whose mobile bookings rarely matched desk records.

Challenge. Customers paid in the app, then arrived to staff who could not locate the reservation. Support volume spiked on weekends.

Work. We inventoried identifiers across booking, payment confirmation, and desk lookup; mapped the transfer moments; and listed where timestamps and status names diverged.

Outcome. Operations adopted a single booking reference for desk lookup and a short list of event renames. Weekend ticket volume related to “missing booking” fell in the following month according to their internal counts.

Engagement: Cross-Channel Journey Assessment

Single-app review before a channel expansion

An Application Analytics Review for a team preparing to open chat alongside an existing service app.

Challenge. Funnel reports disagreed with finance on completed requests, and leadership wanted chat added before the numbers were trusted.

Work. We walked the event catalogue, compared success definitions with finance, and documented premature success firing on one critical step.

Outcome. Engineering corrected the success event before chat launch. The team delayed cross-channel reporting until the corrected baseline held for two weeks.
